Total party atmosphere at this event. People really LOVE their Price Is Right! Everybody was having fun, jumping around, and clapping. Smiles all around. I didn't register to be in the participant pool, but my understanding is that, when you arrive, you can register to put your name in the pool of names that get randomly chosen to "Come on down!" It can be a little hectic before showtime with people registering, so I'd think about arriving a little early if you want to register as a potential contestant. Once the show starts, they play all the best classic Price Is Right games, like the Cliffhanger guy, and Pachinko. They start calling contestants to come down. In between games, they call out more names to give away random prizes like gift cards, and they'll show funny clips from the TV show. Unlike the TV show, where you go through an interview process to get chosen as a contestant, with the live show the names are randomly chosen from among the people who register. The host and announcer are both sharp and funny, and really good at keeping the pace lively. All in all, it was a lot of fun!
